CEU - Lighting For Seniors

Baby Boomers are retiring at a rate of 10,000 per day. Buying a new home or remodeling an existing home to make ready for senior living will be a reality for a huge portion of the population. That work will likely carry over through the next twenty years. A key element of creating a comfortable and livable environment will be lighting. As we age, one of the many physiological changes humans undergo is vision. Because of this change, the light in an age-in-place home must be altered. This session will explain the issue and recommend solutions.

How do I learn about new events?

How is attendance confirmed?
- - Attendance is confirmed through zoom. If you are looking to receive CEU credit it is important that you attend the entire event.
Will presentations be available after the event?
- - Some of our events will be made available for post event viewing, if you would like to request a recording please fill out the form below. However please note, in order to earn credits for CEU's you must attend the live event.
Where can I find the CEU code?
- - All CEU’s are registered with the AIA or IDCEC and codes and additional course information is available on their websites. If you need additional assistance please fill out the form below.
How do I receive credit?
- - If you have registered for the event with your AIA or IDCEC number your credentials are shared with the presenter and submitted to the AIA or IDCEC once the event is complete. Credit confirmation should come from the AIA or IDCEC.
